Snr Corporate M&A Lawyer, Sovereign Wealth Fund recruitment
Our client is a Sovereign Wealth Fund based in Qatar. They are looking to recruit a senior Corporate/MA lawyer to join their legal team based there. This is a senior position within a fund highly active in the global economy.
The ideal candidate will provide a broad range of general corporate work and handle MA activity in respect of the Fund's numerous assets around the globe.
The right candidate will have at least 12 years’ post qualified experience gained at a top US/UK law firm or financial services institution. Proven deals list in handling the following:
- Mergers and Acquisitions/Joint Ventures
- Capital Markets Transactions
- Acquisition Finance/Banking Transactions
