About Our Client
Our client is a discreet and prestigious multi-billion dollar investment house with a significant capital markets group that requires the services of a 1st class Operations professional. Excellent offices are located in Singapore's CBD.
Job Description
This role works closely with the traders in all aspects of Trade Support (cash, daily trade, FX management) and Settlement (whereby the VP "owns" every transaction). Reporting to the SVP, this is an excellent opportunity to deliver world-class trade, middle and back office support to a highly successful team.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a candidate with a stable work history ascending in responsibility and achievement, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills, with the following profile:
* Finance degree and/or qualifications from reputable financial institutions
* Recent experience as an Operations Manager in either Investment Banking or Funds
* Technical expertise in Settlements and Trade Support with strong knowledge of FX/MM
* Understanding of Accounting implications of transactions
* Articulate communication skills
