Avient is expanding our business in the Ottawa Region and we are hiring a Senior Service Delivery Manager. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a strong background in Solution Architecture, Presales and Delivery Management. This role will be based downtown Ottawa.

Position description and requirements:
· Presales with client, in-person and phone
· Developing and preparing RFP responses
· Solution creation, developing SOW’s
· Present potential architectural solutions and proposals clients
- communicate funnel opportunities to Avient Business Partner Manager
- communicate skill requirements and customer requirements Avient Business Partner Manager
- interview resources and potential candidates
- build and maintain relationships with Strategic IT partners including, EMC, VMWare, and Microsoft
· IT Infrastructure Planning and Implementation – Data Center - Preferably within the Federal Government
· Experience presenting to CxO/Senior Management
· VMware Certified Professional 4.0/5.0 (VCP)
· Knowledge of the VMWARE Management Suite – VCloud Director, VCenter etc.
· Citrix Core Technologies and Architecture
• Citrix XenDesktop
• Citrix XenApp
• Citrix XenServer
• Citrix Provisioning Server
• Citrix EdgeSight
• Citrix SSO
• Citrix NetScaler/Access Gateway
· Working knowledge of leading Vendor Enterprise Storage, Internetworking and Blade Server technologies
