Snr eCommerce Client Services – Singapore recruitment
You will be a highly motivated and articulate individual with significant ecommerce client services experience. Have an in depth knowledge of either FX or Fixed Income trading platforms. The role involves on-boarding clients and providing 1st line support to external clients. You will travel throughout the APAC region on short assignments and be happy to take ownership for all your client relationships.
As the team is developing, the successful candidate is likely to take on a team leader role in time. Initially you will be happy to work autonomously on client issues and you will report directly to the Regional Head of Client Services.
