Corporate Actions – Dutch/Spanish or Portuguese speaking recruitment

Job Purpose:
Provide transactional processing support for respective product. Provide creative solutions to reduce errors and to ensure adherence to audit and control policies. Provide back-up coverage for team members and assist team members during high volume periods. Utilize technical knowledge in order to deliver quality service and achieve operating efficiency. Participate in activities related to compliance with procedures and control. Minimize risk to the bank through increased knowledge of procedural requirements. Maintain awareness of product changes and system enhancements. Perform multiple transactions of moderate complexity to achieve operating efficiency and high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities:• 
The accurate and timely processing of all events assigned.
Event Creation and Notifications
Incoming instruction processing
Preparation of instructions to the market Preparation of Client Sales
Payment Processing
Settlement
Reconciliation
Adhere to all Departmental Procedures and Controls
Escalate processing errors and potential risks to line manager upon discovery
Ensure the timely resolution of all stock and cash exceptions
Where relevant provide detail of exceptions and resolution date to Team Leader
Ensure accurate MIS recorded on a weekly basis
Monitor and action all daily diary messages
Ensure all event file checklists are completed on time
Provide support to other Processors on the desk and across the department
Complete User Acceptance Testing on enhancements to systems and regression testing
Participate in Contingency testing
Assist with team/dept projects
Ensure all Quality Control reporting is completed within the required timeframes
Monitor and allocate all incoming Front End instructions and advices

Knowledge/Experience: Required
Technical understanding of corporate actions
Experience within a custody operation.Desirable
Exposure to ICSD's, Crest, Euronext, Sweden, Germanic, Spain or Global markets.
