Snr L&D/Training Manager recruitment

High impact Learning Development role to suit a dynamic individual with extensive LD/Training experience gained from the financial services sector.

In-depth knowledge of the FS industry and its regulation is an essential requirement for this highly visible role carrying responsibility for the implementation and delivery of technical learning programmes.  The role will involve working closely with senior management throughout the business to understand their learning and development needs, assist with the development of a training delivery plan and support the development, maintenance and implementation of blended learning strategies.

The successful candidate will work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and as such must demonstrate superior communication and presentation skills, together with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.  Previous project management experience gained from a training/LD or compliance environment is essential and will be complemented by significant knowledge of TC principles and learning and development theory and application.
