We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced person to come and join our Risk team as the Senior Manager Credit Reporting.
This is a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Capital, Provisioning Portfolio Reporting to achieve a commercial focus and enhance the credit risk and return trade-off within the Risk Management Unit.
Reporting to Head of Capital, Provisioning Portfolio Reporting, your responsibilities will include:
· Delivering accurate Risk reporting within approved budgets
· Improving the quality of the Risk reporting infrastructure to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
· Identify emerging risks while contributing to the development and maintenance of all credit reporting
· Leading a team of 8 direct reports to provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure continued growth of the business unit
To be successful you will possess:
· Ability to analyse complex information in a logical and systematic manner
· Excellent communication and negotiating skills
· Be able to make sound judgement decisions under pressure
· Ability to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
· Experience and knowledge of credit related regulatory requirements
