Social Media Manager recruitment

This is a high profile UK retail and commercial bank offering a superb opportunity.  The division serves some of the Group’s most diverse personal customers from around the world.  The digital team develops, delivers and maintains world class digital experiences that increase leads, sales conversion, share of wallet and retention.

In this role you will be engaging further with the Group’s existing customers and prospects via the web, social media, email and mobile channels.

Key responsibilities include:

* Instigating initiatives and communications to consolidate and grow existing customer  relationships

* Driving internet banking registrations, usage and ancillary revenue

* Co-ordinating social media to champion its use internally, increase brand awareness and drive the Group’s lead generation strategy

* Developing content-led activities across the Group’s websites

* The ideal Digital Entertainment Manager must have proven digital marketing/communications experience in a customer led environment and experience of social media and SEO content led activities.  You will have experience of managing online and external agencies, and have an understanding of how consumer needs engage in a socially networked world.
