In this Sales Role you will combine renowned industry experience and visionary technology to sell employee benefits administration software solutions that are second to none.  Both in enterprise and SaaS formats to our clients.  Our technology and services professionals have a passion for solving complex problems and deliver high-value, next-generation applications to benefit plan administrators.

As a Hunting Account Executive you act as the liaison between our business clients and development teams by serving as business problem solvers. In this role, you would provide business solutions and access to new clients and during the process, efficiently extract the information needed from the business users for successful application of our solutions. In addition, you will help identify problems and/or opportunities and define solutions while remaining customer focused during the entire sales lifecycle.

 

Industry Expertise!

 

If you have 5 years of direct sales experience selling for any of the following companies, we want to hear from you!  Benefit Software, BenefitFocus, Ultimate Software, ISSI, Locktight, MTSS, ITS, Paychex,  ADP, Oracle Payroll, Peoplesoft HRMS,  or similar. 

 

If you have experience selling to trade unions, municipalities, TPA’s, Third Party Administrators of benefits, Taft Hartley Funds,

 

 

key responsibilities:

 

Understand and identify the business needs of our customers by interviewing customers, and other stakeholders to identify and clarify requirements.

Produce and review software test plans; create test case scenarios and test new software modifications

Functional testing of new development /releases

Ensure quality and distribution of project deliverables, status reports, meeting minutes, etc.

Communicate project updates and status reports internally and externally

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics or a related field.

 

Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including technical consultants and end users

 

Ability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet demanding timelines

 

Clear, effective, and proactive communication skills (written and verbal)

 

Expertise in core MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
