Software Developer - PHP - Web - High Volume - MySQL - Web Services - Los Angeles

Located near Beverly Hills, my client is a leader within the entertainment industry. They are looking for a Software Developer to join their team immediately!

If you are a Software Developer with PHP experience, please read on!

What you'll be doing:

• Play a key role in the development, integration and maintenance of web applications and related technical systems
• Hands-on role with an affiliate program, and a proprietary content management system.
• Work with large databases, high-volume systems, advertising serving software, email software, various 3rd-party applications and numerous custom applications
• Main focus will be building, maintaining and modifying complex web sites and databases

What you'll need:

• 2-4 years of experience as a programmer or developer
• PHP experience (Object-oriented experience required)
• MySQL
• HTML/Javascript/CSS/AJAX
• Version control with Subversion
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

It would be awesome if you also had:

• Magento Ecommerce Platform
• Flash, Actionscript and Flex
• Wowza Media Server (specifically live streaming)
• Content Management Systems
• 3rd party APIs and Web Services
• Affiliate marketing systems
