Overview:    

The TCGRx software development team is a dynamic and fast paced organization working on the latest technologies.  The products we make leverage a combination of software and physical devices to deliver and manage pharmaceutical products in pharmacies throughout the world.  We are looking for an entry level or junior developer to join our growing team.

Working under the direction or supervision of a team lead or manager, the Software Engineer I is responsible for the design, development and modification of software applications and interfaces.  The Software Engineer I will ensure that all code produced is error free and meets the end user requirements through thorough unit testing.  Participates in design and code reviews as well as professional development education sessions.

Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to (applicants only):

 

•        Gather and understand end user business requirements

•        Design and develop software applications and interfaces

•        Prepare documentation for design and operation of software applications

•        Collaborate with other Software Engineers on development projects

•        Focus on system interfaces and applications designed to transfer information into and out of TCGRx systems

•        Work as, as needed, on other TCGRx products

•        Develops code in line with company and industry best practices

 

Requirements:

•        Must have some experience with Microsoft SQL Server database

•        Must have some experience with Microsoft .NET C# or VB programming language

•        Associates or programming technical degree required Bachelor’s degree preferred

•        Must be a strong team player

•        Web development experience a strong plus

•        Service Oriented Architecture development a strong plus

•        Report development experience a strong plus
