Software Engineer in Test Job in San Jose 95134, California US
Required Skills/Experience:
* BS CS/EE degree and 3-7 years of strong hands-on testing experience
with environmental monitoring systems.
* Hands-on experience with test automation, Proficient in test tools at
cisco like Autotest, Pagent etc.
* Strong background and experience in software testing methodology, test
development and test execution.
* Experience of working on/ testing networking protocols.
Highly desirable Skills/Experience:
* Hands-on experience in setting up lab equipment and test beds.
* Proficient programming in at least one scripting language (TCL, Perl,
Python, etc.).
* Good understanding of data center operation.
Personal Characteristics:
* Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage
competing high priority tasks.
* Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with
others, and have fun!
* Independent, accountable, strong sense of ownership, assertive,
communicative, accountable, sense of urgency, and flexible and
adaptable.
