As a key member of ViaSat’s fast-paced Software Development team, you will use your talents to design and develop SATCOM software modules. If you possess the knowledge on Operating systems, networking (TCP/IP) and IP routing protocols, this role will provide you with the avenue to showcase your talents. Your aptitude to understand technology and how it all works together will be utilized when you participate in all stages of software development (requirements, architecture, design, implementation, testing, etc.).
Experience/Skills Required

1+ year software development experience in designing, writing code, testing and integration on UNIX/Linux systems

Strong programming skills in C

Knowledge of OS concepts, algorithm implementation, TCP/IP protocol suite

BS degree (CS or related field)
