Software Engineer
Blue Streak Electronics is a leader in the development and production of automotive remanufactured electronics and automotive diagnostic tools. Our products include broad range of electronics such as engine control module, mass airflow sensors and so on. We have offices located in Canada, US, Israel and Mexico.
Currently, we are looking for a software engineer to join the system development team. This team focuses on in house system development to meet the needs for our modern automotive electronics remanufacturing.
This position is located at our Canada office in Greater Toronto Area.
Responsibilities:
· Design, develop and optimize very high volume big data SQL/Access database system
· Implement highest quality code in SQL/Access database system and ASP .net application
· Review and evolve the design, architecture and operations of our existing systems
· Design and Implement software and automated tools for high volume data process
· Create clear and detailed software specification and documentation
Qualifications:
· BS or MS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience
· 5+ year professional software development experience
· Excellent development skills and extensive experience in Microsoft Access database, SQL and ASP.net application
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Must be a highly motivated team player
· Experiences and knowledge in MRP (Manufacturing, Resource and Planning ) system are preferred
