Job Summary:
· The Test Engineer will work hand-in-hand with development and product management performing testing activities within agile development teams.
· The successful candidate will have excellent logic and problem solving skills and the ability to work in a highly collaborative manner.
· They will work closely with the Product Management and development team to ensure high quality software deliveries.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborates with Product Management and development team to ensure testable user stories are created and estimated.
· Works with Product Management in determining acceptance criteria for user stories.
· Recommends test approach, test environment requirements and data strategies.
· Executing a testing process that fits within our Agile development life cycle.
· Works closely with development team to identify and resolve issues.
· Analyze, design and maintain test artifacts.
· Create and/or set up test environments and test data.
· Develop and execute automated and manual tests.
Requirements:
· BS in a technical discipline.
· 0-4 years relevant work experience.
· Deep knowledge of test methodologies and debugging.
· 0-3 years of development and/or test automation experience.
· Excellent coding skills in C, C++, Java or Python with scripting skills in at least one common language (Perl, Python or Shell).
· Highly proficient in a Unix/Linux environment.
· Experience testing large structured data sets.
· Database/SQL experience (Oracle).
· Performance testing a plus.
· Strong communication skills.
· Must be a team-player with the ability to work within a collaborative environment.
· Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.
· Creative, resourceful and innovative problem solver.
· Self-taught and self-teaching, with a demonstrated aptitude for acquiring knowledge and skills.
Highly Desired Skills:
· Knowledge of Agile/Lean development environments.

Job Summary:
· The Lead Test Engineer will work hand-in-hand with development teams and product management performing testing activities and mentoring across the organization.
· The successful candidate will have excellent logic and problem solving skills and the ability to work in a highly collaborative manner.
· They will work closely with the Product Management and development team to ensure high quality software deliveries.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborates with Product Management and development team to ensure testable user stories are created and estimated.
· Works with Product Management in determining acceptance criteria for user stories.
