Sole Payroll Officer
PAYROLL SUPERVISOR - CENTRAL LONDON - HOSPITALITY - £28K - 32K
An exclusively registered job with Hays Payroll Management is on the market for a well established Restaurant Group.
Applicants need to have excellent attention to detail, strong payroll and administration skills and will ultimately be overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and management. Your main duties will include: -
New starters on Fourth Employee Management System
Processing entire payroll function for both monthly and bi-weekly payrolls through liaison with The Fourth Hospitality Bureau
Payroll previews, processing deductions, amendments and statutory payments
Manage payroll deductions
Responsible for managing Tax Year End processing and submissions online over government gateway
Pension auto-enrolment scheme
Payroll reporting requests and legal compliance
P45s, P11D’s, P60’s and P46.’s
Management of all statutory and non statutory payments including SSP/SPP/SMP
Being the main contact to the staff and managers for any queries/amendments/payroll problems
Tracking and logging all sickness, lateness, absence, holidays etc.
Processing leavers termination administration
Prior experience with Fourth Employee Management System preferable but not essential.
