Infrastructure Architecture

To conduct infrastructure research, broad infrastructure design and roadmap planning, provide pre-project consulting, develop business cases, and perform work required for project initiation for infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:-

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the broad infrastructure roadmap for the company in the APAC region

• Provide expert technology advice and counsel on enterprise infrastructure architecture, standards and policies, as well as deployment considerations

• Analyse and rationalise business unit’s infrastructure demand and requirement

• Provide expert advice and counsel on infrastructure evolution and migration options

• Create business case documents and high-level technical requirements for proposed infrastructure projects or initiatives

• Keep up to date with infrastructure technology development through own research

• Proactively monitor the delivery of prioritised infrastructure projects by in-house team and/or outsource vendors and ensure proper project governance

• Collaborate with other team to drive business and technology innovation

• Keep abreast of the latest trends in technology, ensure timely exploration and proactively communicate the introduction of relevant / key emerging technologies.

Skills

• Minimum 7-10 years of IT experience with at least 5- 7 years in an architecture related position.

• Tertiary qualifications are essential

• Good technical experience in design and development across infrastructure and application and have project management experience

• Excellent communications abilities and relationship management skills

• Passion and ability to learn new technologies and their application

• Good understanding of technology concepts, trends and capabilities

• Good infrastructure and industry knowledge
