They are looking to recruit an experienced Customer ServiceManager to build and grow a team to support their operation in Spain. You willbe required to handle specialist queries and provide first class customer carefor their customers.

 

Responsibilities will include:

·        Managingcustomer accounts and dealing with customer requests via email or telephone

·        Assistingwith Fraud and Collusion related issues

·        Providinginformation on deposits and cashouts

·        Informingcustomers about current promotions

·        Assistingcustomers with connection issues

·        Informingcustomers about specialist games and processes

 

The successfulcandidate must have previous experience from within the online gaming industryor at least within an ecommerce environment, having lead and successfullymanaged a team. Fluency in reading, writing and spoken Spanish is essential,and you must be a proactive team player willing to lead by example.
