Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Executive
Our client, a leading Tech company who specialise in the transportation of goods, are looking to recruit a bubbly, enthusiastic candidate who is fluent in both Spanish and English, to join their customer service team.
Our client are an international company with customer service teams spanning English, French, German and Spanish. Due to an employee heading back to Spain, there is now an immediate vacancy to be filled in the Spanish-speaking team.
Handling in excess of 75 daily inbound/outbound calls, you will be responsible for fielding general product/service queries and complaints, meeting all customer service KPI's in the process. 80% of your calls will be from Spanish-speaking customers, however you will also handle overflow English-speaking calls. With this in mind, it is imperative that you also have excellent verbal communication in both languages.
Our client are offering an extremely competitive basic salary of £19,000, with a performance-related bonus of 20%. Working Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate.
