Spclst Biomed Engineering Our Biomedical Engineering Specialist ensures the calibration, repair and preventative maintenance of laboratory and research equipments. You must be able to provide advice and guidance to Junior Biomedical Engineering specialist. You must perform preventative maintenance and calibration of patient, lab, and research equipment in assigned areas. It is important that you exhibit as well as encourage positive and efficient communication in order to provide a more pleasant and safe environment. Responsibilities Include: 1. Trouble-shoots, repairs and calibrates patient, lab and research equipment. 2. Provides advice and guidance to Junior Biomedical Engineering specialist. 3. Performs preventive maintenance and calibration of patient, lab, and research equipment in assigned areas. 4. Verifies agreement with manufacturer's specifications by making test devices and testing equipment. 5. Inspects and evaluates incoming equipment.
