Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
* Plans and leads the development of a tool infrastructure that supports the department needs.
* Works with internal resources to identify capabilities and enhancements to support and assure alignment to strategic direction, vision and mission.
* Provides recommendations to improve productivity and efficiency with the tools and processes.
* Leads and facilitates sessions to capture requirements in a standard format that serves as the foundation for developing system specifications.
* Creates system specifications and design documents that provide a conceptual view of the solution. Validates the requirements and design documentation with the appropriate parties and receives approval.
* Develops the approved solution using SharePoint, Survey Monkey, Excel or other in-house tools.
* Prepares test plans and conducts and/or leads the testing phase including user acceptance. Ensures system is operating in accordance with requirements.
* Makes appropriate documentation changes.
* Implements and communicates the availability of the system. Provides education to the impacted areas regarding the changes.
* Manages any enhancements to the tools utilizing a structured methodology.
* Prepares a plan and manages the timelines for completion of all activities.
* Documents detail processes to enable others to perform functions.
* Identifies and analyzes alternatives for issue resolution. Documents thought process in a structured manner and is able to present to various levels of leadership.
* Prepares a business case for change when proposing new ways of doing work.
* Leads and manages medium size work efforts in accordance with Project Management methodology.
* Provides reporting support as needed based on documented standards.

Job Requirements;
* Bachelor's degree in relevant area or equivalent work experience
* 5 or more years of directly related work experience
* Advanced knowledge of MS SharePoint and MS Tool Suite, in particular Excel
* Ability to create and use Nintex operational and process flows
* Advanced knowledge of Access and Visual Basic
* Knowledge and understanding of technical systems and process documentation
* Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies and tools Demonstrated ability to lead and manage the implementation of projects

Business Specific Criteria:
* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
* Lean Level I Certification
* Blue Belt Certification
* Knowledge of Business Process Management
* Knowledge of Enterprise Project Portfolio Server (EPPS)
