Specialist - International Account Management
Title: Specialist - International Account Management Location: United States Other Locations: The Account Specialist is responsible for supporting the Global Account Management team for two Fortune 100 companies - marquee accounts in the Global strategic Partnership team - within Global Corporate Payments. The candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative and project management support to the account management team across multiple markets and product lines. The candidate will work with the global team which includes: a Global Account Manager, a Global Account Director, Regional Account management teams and Customer Service Representatives The Account Specialist will work across to specified accounts. They must provide visibility and clarity of developments within the global program, tracking and driving issue resolution with internal and client contacts. Expectations include: gathering data on client spend from @Work, report production and enhancement, trend analysis, and day to day program management. There will also be a requirement of monitoring central payments and handling program administration queries from the client directly - in many cases the candidate will be the first point of contact for our client's program administration teams Successful candidate will have: minimum of 3 years Commercial Card experience; knowledge of Global Payments product lines; overall familiarization with Amex products/programs; service and infrastructure knowledge is a plus. Ideal skill set includes the following: proven success in past positions, client focused and able to work under pressure, strong attention to detail and professional presentation of work, experience working across departments and markets, effectiveness in seeking out/establishing relationships with cross functional teams; and ability to work well in a team environment Candidate must have strong working knowledge of American Express @Work and Excel (including Pivot Tables and Charts). Candidate must be able to create innovative solutions; strong data analysis capabilities; strong organizational skills; and strong oral and written communication skills The ideal applicant will have the skills to be self motivated and be able to work in a virtual environment.
