We are now looking for a Specialist, Information Management (maternity leave replacement) to support Nokia with Windows Phone (NwWP)- organization in setting up and maintaining information management environment and to support document management process and tool area. The position will be located in Salo, Finland.
 
-Represents expertise and understanding in different information management areas and instructs/supports in available info storing tools' capabilities in security, quality and collaboration needs.
-Represents expertise in document management area in NwWP Research and Development and Quality by instructing the creation and storage of regulated documents,  that are managed and archived according to legal and quality requirements.
-Plans, implements and documents information environment for NwWP (including storages like SharePoint workspaces, wiki pages, network directories, Lotus Notes) also subcontractor solutions planned implemented
-Gives key user support for Document Management Tools (Lotus Notes and/or any other databases)
-Information Document Management processes and tools support and deployment - e.g. Sharepoint
-Ensures product liability and quality proof documentation in the organization
-Understands the concept of information security
-Access management: Creating access right structures and maintenance
 
 
 

-Understanding of Information architecture
-Knowledge of set of tools used in IM area
-Document management process
-Understanding legal and ISO9001 requirements
-Excellent team-working and collaboration skills
-Active team player who works on his/her own initiative
-Ability and willingness to support and train others
-Fluent communications skills in English
