Specialist, Talent Management – International Retail Brand recruitment

Overview

Our client is a leading international brand name in apparel design and manufacturing, with a global brand presence in fashion, sportswear and accessories. Asia remains an engine of growth for them and due to expanding business plans for South-East Asia, they are keen for a technically-sound and experienced HR specialists in Talent Management to join them in support of their HR team for the region.

Responsibilities

Reporting to HR Director, you will be responsible for talent management, development and training programmes for South-East Asia. As an individual contributor and subject-matter expert, you will be leading initiatives on 3 fronts - Talent Development and Training, Employee Engagement and Culture, Talent Pool Strategy.

You will work closely with each business unit, and be an active counsel in coaching / mentoring, professional development and leadership development plans. You will also be involved in managing a synchronized training and development framework for the region to implement.

Requirements

You must be based in Singapore with well-established tertiary qualification in Business or HRM; it would be an added advantage if you have specialized in Human Capital Management. You must demonstrate at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in talent management or HCM for well-established corporations, with end-to-end talent development work from Hi-Potentials to Leadership positions. Solid communication and inter-personal skills, decision-making skills and counseling and motivational skills are must-haves.
