The Specialist/Supervisor, Creative Solutions, analyzes, creates and produces high quality, and business relevant marketing communications and the creative treatments of Kaiser Permanente's public-facing Web presence, including BrokerNet and BusinessNet and associated KP Web sites which may be executed by external agencies. The Specialist/Supervisor, Creative Solutions, will focus on generating specific sets of high-quality deliverables that are required for the overall project development, as required by project processes. They will also work closely with other team members to ensure optimal Brand standards are maintained and innovative creative solutions are successfully delivered.

Essential Functions:
Senior Editor for all Business Marketing Communications (BMC) copy (edits daily copy that comes through editorial team).
Edits work to maintain consistent style and tone for BMC copy.
Works with manager to release daily copy output.
Runs morning meeting if manager is unavailable.
Collects and presents project status data.
Consults with manager on job assignments.
Inputs on creative direction for complex work.
Develops and maintains, with manager support, BMC style guide.
Inputs on workflow improvements.
25% supervising Staff.
75% project work - high level.
Contributes to departmental development and strategic direction.
May assign workloads based on consultation with manager.
Engages with team members to brainstorm against developed strategies, creative briefs, product and program plans, expectations and goals to ensure that deliverables achieve the desired results.
Engages with team members to ensure successful concepts for projects and ensure execution in a quality, timely and cost-effective manner.
Works with other Brand Creative team members to improve product quality efficiency.
Engages with team resources aligned to business priorities as needed by design teams (e.g. collaborates with the BP. CC or PM or their representatives, proxies, DR's or their project team members).
Ensures the proper application of the Kaiser Permanente Style Guides Brand Standards, interaction designs and design patterns across the enterprises' properties.
Enables breakthrough designs to solve for components or redefine overall Best Practices.
Ensures all projects deliver in accordance with project timelines and overall initiative strategy.
Supports projects by ensuring high-quality designs and speed-to-market, and error-free execution
Inspires team to constantly strive for excellence in the work they produce.
Ensures the customer/client/end-user perspective is at forefront of all creative decisions and initiatives.
Holds all staff accountable for continuously improving processes and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum: 5-8 years of content/functional experience; Or, Master's degree and 2-5 years experience
Knowledge of healthcare industry
Familiarity with Kaiser Permanente healthcare system

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree.
