The Sponsored Products Content Manager, a manager-level position, will reside within Wellington Management's Sponsored Products Group, which oversees the firm's global funds business, and will focus on the firm's non-US funds, known generically as Wellington Management Portfolios or WMP. As of 31 December 2012, WMP is comprised of 68 funds offering a variety of investment styles, domiciled in nine different legal jurisdictions, with assets of approximately $30 billion.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Sponsored Products Content Manager for the WMP team, based in London, and reporting to the WMP Marketing Manager in Boston.

This individual will manage fund marketing content on Wellington Management and third-party websites in support of the firm's global funds business and distribution of our funds via intermediaries.

The Sponsored Products Content Manager will manage fund marketing content on Wellington and third-party websites in support of the firm's non-US funds business and distribution of our funds via intermediaries. This manager-level position will be based in London and will reside within Sponsored Products.

The Sponsored Products Content Manager will be responsible for the dissemination of a broad inventory of fund marketing and client content, including fund fact sheets, brochures, prospectuses, and client forms. The role will include ownership for:
•Web content management
•Internal content management
•Relationship management with third-party content platforms

Web content management:
•Manage fund marketing content on Wellington.com
•Liaise with Sponsored Products and Investment Marketing to appropriately schedule, position, and load fund marketing content
•Ensure a consistently high quality of content presentation, organization, and quality
•Execute ecommerce initiatives with intermediaries
•Collect and leverage analytics and competitive best practices to articulate and meet web user needs
•Partner with internal constituents to identify, prioritize, and implement site enhancements

Internal content management:
•Manage fund marketing content on internal sites, including Intranet, SharePoint, and internal fund systems
•Ensure consistent quality and completeness of fund content on internal sites

Relationship Management for third-party content platform:
•Manage relationships with third-party platforms including Morningstar and fundinfo, including business terms, services, and scope
•Ensure consistent quality and completeness of fund content on third-party platforms
•Identify new content platforms in order to meet evolving business needs

Significant relevant fund, intermediary and/or web content experience
•Ability to work collaboratively across functions as well as independently
•Ability to act in a leadership capacity, as well as to 'roll up sleeves' on detail-oriented work without more junior support
•Strong organizational, project management, and relationship skills
•Experience with a content management system is preferred
•A commitment to quality
