SPSS Marketing Analyst Role Details:

A leading marketing media analytics agency are currently in the process of setting up a new Insight and Analytics function in Manchester and are looking for a SPSS based marketing analyst to join the newly formed team. This role will provide the fantastic opportunity to join a new team, where you will have a huge amount of room to progress within the role, whilst having the stability of the main business in London. The main purpose of the SPSS Marketing Analyst role will be to carry out key customer based insight analysis, to help clients understand how customers' have been responding to various media marketing campaigns. The client is looking for someone who has an understanding of SPSS, if you have experience of model building using the tool that would be fantastic, however, not essential. You will have the chance to work in a broad role where you will be liaising with clients to find out their data requirements, you will also be carrying out hands on analysis and statistical customer insight modelling and you will also be required to follow through to the end of the project where you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights back to the business. This is a data driven marketing analytical role where you will be required to help clients understand how they can improve business performance through understanding their customers. This will be a hands on analytical role, where you will be working with data to generate actionable insights. Ideally the client is looking for an analyst with existing experience of marketing analytics, using statistical tools such as SAS, SPSS or SQL.

This role will provide the chance to work for a leading media based consultancy offering clients innovative solutions to help them understand customer behaviours and how they can improve business performance through marketing channels.

To apply for this role you will need the following:

- It is essential that candidates have an understanding and experience of working within a marketing analytics department and have an understanding of statistical tools, such as SAS, SPSS or SQL.

- Ideally candidates will have a degree, Masters or PhD in a numerate subject such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research or Economics.

- If candidates have experience of working with a marketing agency environment, this will be advantageous but not essential.
