SQL Database Analyst/Developer
We are Lieberman Software and we pioneered the privileged identity management space by releasing the first product to this market in 2001. Since then, we have regularly updated and expanded our privileged password management solution set while growing our customer base in this vibrant and emerging market. We have a great team and we're looking for a SQL Database Analyst/Developer to join us as we grow! You would be responsible for:
· Daily configuration and administration of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including interfaces to multiple systems (web, email, office, etc.)
· On-line marketing, list management, segmentation, and message distribution.
Analyzing data to find patterns, build new reports, conduct database entry and cleaning.
· Providing reports to management; validating and consolidating data from a variety of sources, through your understanding of title/role geographic and other filter criteria
· E-mail marketing administration and lead distribution.
· Making recommendations for data management improvements based on your analysis.
Desired Skills Experience
· BS or BA in Computer Science/Business Administration/MIS/CIS.
· Microsoft SQL Server Certification (current) is a big +
· ASP.net web development experience
· Certified background in Business Intelligence is desired, but not required
· 3+ yrs. experience utilizing database query and reporting tools (SQL); with promotional marketing, relational and transactional databases preferred.
· 3+ yrs. experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software administration is another big +.
· Ability to create complex queries and reports.
· Familiarity with the following software packages: Saleslogix, Scribe, Quotewerks, QuickBooks, and KnowledgeSync.
· Strong problem solving skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
