SQL Server Developer/DBA recruitment

Responsibilities:

-60%-70% Development, 30%-40% DBA work.

-Development – T-Sql, SSIS/SSRS, Data Modeling, SQL 2008 is must, SQL 2012 is a plus, SSAS is a plus

-DBA – performance tuning, etc.

-Financial experience is a plus.

-Min 5 yrs experience…but Manager hires people based on knowledge level, not yrs of experience.

-Green Cards/U.S. Citizens only, no Visas

-Comp – 120K-140K base, 180K total…could fluctuate depending on candidate pool.
