Sr. Account Planner Job in Bentonville 72712, Arkansas US
Levi Strauss Co., one of the worlds' largest brands of apparel products, has an outstanding opportunity available for a proven women’s retail planner to work with two major accounts located in Bentonville, Arkansas and Minneapolis, Minnesota. Taking into consideration account selling trends, current and historical sales rates, and market trends, you will partner with our sales team and key client contacts to develop accurate demand and shipping forecasts for new, seasonal and continuing products. We'll rely on you to help develop sales strategies, promotion and assortment plans; create bottoms-up account forecasts; provide input to merchandising in the development of seasonal assortment plans; and provide number analysis to senior management to implement inventory strategies.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (7+ years of combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree)
- Minimum 5 years experience in developing demand forecasts for products
Additional Qualifications
- Direct retail planning experience preferred
- Strong familiarity with retail market dynamics and its impact on demand patterns
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, computer and communication skills
- Strong retail planning skills, including sales, margin and inventory plans
- Ability to develop sound working relationships with sales and account partners and provide them with information on current business, market trends and pricing strategies
- Position is located in Bentonville. Requires extensive travel from Bentonville to Minneapolis.
