Job Description JOB SUMMARY: Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation and administration of major contracts or subcontracts. Analyze estimates of service, material, equipment and production costs. Monitor company performance for conformance to original proposal and maintains continual reviews to ensure that all terms and conditions are met and that the contract is in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications and government regulations. Prepare and disseminate information throughout the company regarding contract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination. Initiates documentation to authorize and direct work in accordance with contractual specifications. Prepare special reports and analyses as required. May provide work leadership for lower level employees. KNOWLEDGE: Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. General application of concepts, and principles. MIN EDUCATION EXPERIENCE : 5 ? 7 years with BA 3 ? 5 years with MBA Contingency work experience highly preferred. SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Does not supervise ***Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.*** The position may require that the applicant meet the Minimum Standard Medical requirements.
