Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for our Los Angeles location to work with Corporate Human Resources management in providing consultative and business focused services to the HR business leaders and managers. This person will provide support to our Center of Excellence groups including Organization and Employee Development, Talent Acquisition, Diversity + Inclusion, and Total Rewards (Benefits, Compensation, Global Mobility, HR Information Systems, and Shared Services). The scope and focus of this position will change and evolve as we continue to advance our HR function. Responsibilities: Assisting in the day-to-day operations of HR Meeting planning and preparation Recruitment and staffing logistics, including new hire provisioning and on-boarding Employee training and development coordination, logistics and recordkeeping Reports distribution Travel and logistics for management, job candidates and others Handling other administrative functions as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Associate Degree or equivalent degree is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred Prior office work experience required; HR office experience preferred Advanced/expert in MS Word and PowerPoint and proficient in Excel Ability to deliver results on multiple projects for multiple functional groups, communicate at different levels, and deliver innovative results Ability to adapt to a fast, change-oriented environment Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner Strong organizational and problem solving skills Comfortable interacting with senior executives
