Provide administrative support to the SVP, Treasurer of Genworth Financial and five direct reports including: -Organize department records such as organizational charts, e-mail distribution lists, telephone lists, etc. -Organize bank meetings and all departmental events -Maintain department documentation to include bank proposals and bank statements -Maintain and disburse compliance documents for letters of credit - Handle all calls for SVP, Treasurer and provide coverage for several leaders in the department -Manage all expenses and expense reconciliation reflecting supporting documents -Sort and distribute incoming mail -Manage routine contacts with service vendors -Coordinate interviews and interview schedules for the Treasury management team -Process monthly corporate and purchase card expenses -Manage sourcing and A/P processes for requisitions and invoice payments -Order supplies for the department Basic Candidate Qualifications: - 5+ years administrative assistant experience - Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook Preferred Candidate Qualifications: - Highly motivated self-starter with strong proven ability to operate independently and prioritize assignments given by various team members - Excellent organizational skills - Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail - Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills coupled with the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Ability to maintain, at all times, the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
