Sr. Associate, Corporate Account Management (CAM) recruitment

JOB SUMMARY: Provides overall support for Company’s Corporate Account Management (CAM) efforts. Primary responsibilities include facilitating sponsor approval for marketing materials and completing assigned due diligence surveys in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibility for coordinating and/or completing Request for Proposal (RFP)             questionnaires.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assists with maintaining a request for proposal (RFP) database, including model RFPs for Managers Investment Group and certain AMG affiliates

• Independently respond to RFP and questionnaires responses

• Liaison between the MIG marketing department and sponsor firms to facilitate sponsor approval for marketing material and campaign related items

• Maintain and update sponsor approval databases to track approved materials at each sponsor firm for wholesaler use

• Completes quarterly questionnaire and database update

• Responsible for facilitating new business RFP completion

• Assists with ad-hoc CAM projects

• Provides guidance to more junior level staff.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:    

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related major required

• 3-5 years industry experience with at least 1 year corporate account management exposure
