JOB SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Marketing aspects of the CRM and utilizing that data to provide management with tailored reports and analysis regarding client/prospect activities involving electronic media. This position will be located in our Chicago office.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Manage Marketing’s client/prospect contact data in Company’s CRM system

• Utilize client/prospect activity data to create reports for Sales Teams and Management analysis

• Assist in identifying high-probability prospects based on electronic media activity

• Identify trends in client/prospect activity

• Assist in developing segmented marketing capabilities

• Work with Business Intelligence to define new reporting capabilities and tools to assist in evaluating the efficacy of various marketing campaigns and delivery methods

• Support Marketing Channel Specialists in creating queries, dynamic groups, email and mail marketing lists, and various other marketing/sales data needs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:    

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology related fields

• Three to five years business analysis experience required

• CRM management experience preferred

• Experience in financial services industry preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Extensive work with computers.
