Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to support SAP Sales Systems of our client and their affiliates.
The main responsibilities are the maintenance of SAP sales systems and the implementation of sales projects.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance of Sales System (SAP SD) - utility / break-fix / minor enhancement
- Monitor and maintain system performance and accuracy of data processing
- Resolve system issues by correcting data and/or modifying configurations/programs
- Analyze / design / configure / test / communicate with users for minor enhancements
- Meet established SLA
2. New Project Implementation in Sales area (mainly in SAP SD)
- Lead and manage small / medium scale projects in sales area
- Plan and define scope, timeline, and resources for projects
- Gather and document user requirements
- Design and implement system
- Build scenarios and perform test
3. Communication with users
- Communicate daily maintenance issues and project status
- Maintain thorough understanding of clients business functions, and utilize the knowledge to facilitate changes
4. Communication and reporting
- Document proper materials
- Report project and maintenance status
- Escalate critical system impacts/issues to management
5. Working hours will be based upon clients' working hours
Required Skills, Attributes Education:
- Bachelor degree or higher, with emphasis on Sales and Logistics and/or Information Systems
- Minimum 5 years experience in SAP SD
- Good inter-personal skill
- Good organizing and analytical skill
- Strong problem solving
- Knowledge of SAP SD/MM and integration with SAP FI/CO
- Ability to understand ABAP
- Certification in SAP ( SD/MM ) (Preferred)
