The Marketing Information Systems Team is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support internal marketing systems that drive a wide range of products. The Marketing Senior Business Systems Analyst manages design, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of client/server and Intra/Internet transactional processing systems that support the Benefit Update System, AAA, and the ROAM Customer Application. The Senior Business Systems Analyst acts as primary liaison for all systems issues for Marketing Administration, Product Management and aspects of Marketing Sales; Sales Force Automation applications access, maintenance and development.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop business and technical specifications, designing prototypes, managing IS, staff and other resources as required, time-lines, testing all deliverables to assure completeness and accuracy, implementation, maintenance and ongoing enhancements.
- Provide lead business systems support for Benefit Update System (BUS), AAA and ROAM applications
- Translate business requirements into system design specifications.
- Define business rules related to developing new software applications for marketing's use.
- Design application changes, manage IS, staff and other resources as required.
- Manage timelines; test all deliverables to assure completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate implementation, maintenance and ongoing enhancements of completed systems.
- Represent AmeriHealth Marketing on systems-related corporate Intra/Internet, broker systems, and transactional processing systems initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience required.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE
- MBA or Technical Graduate degree/certification.
- Strong PC skills and relational database experience.
- Familiarity with Intranet/Internet/Extranet, and client/server architectures.
- Business Systems project experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
