Sr. Credit Representative

Job Responsibilities:

·         Collection work for Consumer and Construction business unit, and as assigned

·         Ongoing monitoring of customer payment patterns

·         Review new orders on systemic hold for hold/release

·         Resolve customer deductions and adjustments

·         Analyze credit extension on risk for new accounts, minimize portfolio risk

·         Establish and maintain new and existing accounts for credit limits

·         Perform various analyses for reporting as requested

·         Analyze and prepare bad debt reserve requirement

·         Projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

·         8 years experience credit and collections

·         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related

·         Strong communication skills at all internal/external levels

·         Work well with sales;  can balance internal relationships with getting results

·         Function well in teams

·         Solid computer skills including Excel and Word

·         SAP and/or other enterprise system experience and plus

·         Detail oriented self starter. 

·         Supervisory experience preferred
