This employee should be able to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions and specifications, will need to accomplish all required layout, set up, clamping, fixturing, and measuring necessary within assigned tasks without seeking high technical assistance. Performs all mathematical calculations necessary to complete assigned work, performs routine repetitive high production tasks, practices on the job safety and housekeeping as required. Job Requirements Requires domonstrated ability to read, comprehend and interpret highly technical publications, specifications, orders, sketches, and blueprints and mathematical ability to make highly complex calculations needed in the area of specialization. Normally requires trade school or special training in the area of specialization, plus ten (10) years experience. Will work under supervision of a manufactoring supervisor and provide work guidance and directon to several lower level employees, as required. This employee will also work from orders with accompanying blueprints, sketches, verbal instructions, and specifications and demonstrate knowledge of materials, methods, equipment, and techniques relative to electrical assembly.
