Sr. Financial Analyst

Position Description

The Legal and Compliance Division is seeking a bright and highly motivated individual with great attention to details to collaborate with other team members as well as controllers on analyzing and reviewing of expenses and related data.

Responsibilities:
• Headcount management including reporting and tracking of hires and terminations globally
• Assist in the preparation of the division-wide forecast and budgets
• Review monthly financial results for all expense line items to ensure accuracy and adherence to budgets and forecasts
• Manage/Coordinate the External Legal expense monthly accrual process
• Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly expense review presentations for the CLO and LCD senior management
• Review cost center level allocations and methodologies and update accordingly
• Collaborate with LCD controllers on financial, allocation, and cost center related issues
• Prepare detailed outside counsel spend reports for review by CLO and COO.
• Ad Hoc reports/Projects

Skills Required

• 4 - 6 years experience in Financial Analysis /Accounting Functions.
• Must have good communication skills, be detail oriented and be able to respond to inquires in a timely manner
• Efficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup Function), PowerPoint and Access Database
