We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Dunkin' Brands team!
Provide financial support for the Dunkin’ Donuts U.S. business including PL management and analysis, monthly close processes, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and internal reporting. Position will also be responsible for special ad-hoc projects requiring analytical and presentation skills.
The primary accountabilities for this position include:
· PL management
§ Monthly analysis and commentary
§ Variance analysis to budget and to forecast
§ Initiative tracking (project spend)
· Balance sheet analysis
§ Exposure analysis – Quarterly A/R reserve analysis
· Various internal reporting requirements – regional scorecards, Board presentation materials, etc
· Forecast / Budget preparation and analysis
· Function as a BI Power User serving as a critical resource in assisting department Finance Managers with data assembly/analysis
· Work to locate and improve operational inefficiencies within current processes to enhance overall group effectiveness
· Support for Finance managers as needed
· Special projects as assigned
The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
· BS degree in accounting or finance required. MBA or CPA preferred.
· 5+ years experience in accounting or finance environment.
· Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Business Intelligence and Hyperion/Oracle or related financial management software preferred.
· Retail background preferred.
