Sr. Financial Analyst
The role of the Sr. Financial Analyst analyzes cost data on local levels to produce relevant decision making tools and provide recommendation to senior management to make sound business decisions. Additionally, seeks to identify major variances in operating cost and reasons for these variances, as well as, recommend, develop and implement action plans throughout the region to maximize efficiencies and minimize unfavorable cost variances. Analyzes cost data on local levels to produce relevant decision making tools used by senior management to make sound business decisions Perform the reporting and commentary on actual monthly results compared to forecast and prior year. Analyzes financial reports to identify major variances to minimize unfavorable situations and insure knowledge transfers of best practices, which result in reduced operating costs. Develop and implement action plans to address variance issues/best practices that will positively impact COGS.

- 4+ years of financial costing, accounting and or business planning.
- Bachelor's degree and/or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Prior audit experience a plus.
- Product costing and factory experience a plus.
- SAP knowledge.
