Sr. Financial Analyst recruitment
The Senior Financial Analyst will be a critical member of complex projects and must have analytical, financial modeling and project management skills. Because a large portion of Treliant’s clients are financial institutions, the successful candidate must have experience analyzing financial institutions, preferably at the Financial Institutions Group of a major bank. The Senior Financial Analyst will coordinate the work of project teams, analyze and model financial institutions and portfolios, and create understandable reports/summaries from data and other sources of information which can be presented in a clear and concise manner to a diverse audience. Additionally, the Senior Financial Analyst must have a keen sense for the interconnectedness of diverse parts of an enterprise or a project, as he or she will be working on high level projects for major clients. The incumbent must also be articulate and comfortable working with senior staff and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Finance or related field.
- Strong quantitative, financial modeling and analytical ability to perform data analysis.
- Approximately 3 years of experience in the Financial Institutions Group of a major bank.
- Well-developed oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact at all organizational levels.
- Ability to adapt quickly in handling multiple/evolving tasks as a result of new engagements and/or re-prioritized deadlines.
- Ability to produce high quality and/or final work product under strict deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Database skills a plus.
- Project management experience a plus.
- Self-motivator and congenial personality.
