Description
The relationship manger (RM) in the Client Service International team will take initiative in supporting business development and relationship management activities to both prospective and existing institutional clients of the global distribution arm of BNY Mellon Asset management, Asset Management International ('AMI') and AsiaPacific ( APAC ). The RM is responsible for addressing all prospective and existing client issues and working closely with various internal departments to meet all client requirements. The RM will proactively coordinate with AMI and APAC to set up client meetings and conference calls to discuss investment strategy, prospective business opportunities, review performance and service related issues. The RM is responsible for promoting MCM investment strategies with AMI/APAC product/vehicle development, consultant relations, relationship management and sales teams. Additionally, the RM will coordinate with the globally located local relationship managers when an active or complex new business opportunity is discovered. The RM will be the primary client liaison during the initial funding of new account and strategy transitions. In this position the RM is dually responsible for client satisfaction and minimizing risk to the firm. Occasional Domestic and International travel may be required.
Qualifications
BA. 7-10 years in Finance; Global Investment Management. Finance, Global Investment Management preferred.
