Sr Manager Planning and Analysis recruitment

The Sr. Manager of Planning and Analysis will be responsible for all the company's planning, forecasting and business analysis.  Responsibilities include: building and maintaining the annual and long term planning models, working with the 10 global divisions to develop assumptions and plans for each division in addition to the consoldiated company model, analyzing performance vs budget and managing the monthly division financial review process, maintaining and improving volume and operational metric reporting, developing ad hoc reporting and analysis to support pricing and investment decisions, developing Board and other presentations.  The qualified candidate will have hands-on experience in developing large, complex financial Excel models, using various reporting and data analysis tools to find and format data for presentation to company management and creating corporate presentations for Boards and investors. This is a hands on-position but may include managing a couple junior analysts.

This is a great opportunity for a smart, creative candidate to make a significant impact on a growing business, interact with a team of talented executives and gain global business experience.  CIBT is growing through global expansion, product diversification and an active acquisition program.  This could be a very good opportunity for a candidate with 2-5 years of PE, banking or corporate planning/development experience that would like to move to a high growth corporate company.
