Sr. Merchandise Planner, Victoria's Secret Stores, LLC, Reynoldsburg, OH. Translate Merchants' vision into viable plans and profitable results. Develop assortment plans for sales, margin and inventory to the style/choice level by store groupings in support of productivity and financial targets. Drive additional value through optimizing the assortment for store clusters with Merchant. Propose initial and promotional pricing by item. Participate in consensus planning with demand planner. Analyze and reflect current trends in performance of strategy based on actual sales performance. Develop and propose tactics in response to current business trends. Manage and execute promotional and liquidation strategy. Prepare recommendations and alternatives for key financial meetings and decisions. Assist Merchandising, Logistics and Production to optimize flow of goods. Min. requirements include: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Operations, or Business plus 5 yrs exp. in retail planning; demand forecasting; inventory management, allocation, assortment planning and replenishment; and, financial planning or analysis OR Master's degree and 2 yrs exp in same.
