Sr. Operations Manager ( VP or SVP)
Our client is a leading asset manager that is growing out their operations team with a Sr. Operations Manager. The Sr. Operations Manager will take a leadership role managing all functions with in portfolio operations, account services, and performance reporting. Specific job functions of the Sr. Operations Manager will include, but not limited to:
* Manager of managers of Security Operations, Portfolio Operations, Account Management, and Performance
* Strategically improve current work flow and system inefficiencies, automate manual processes, and collect and improve operating metrics
* Develop annual business and resource plan to present to sr. mgmt and partners
* Work with the external auditors to verify fund audits, financial preparation, and tax filings
