Description

The qualified individual will play a critical role in synthesizing, analyzing and reporting on revenues, expenses, profitability, resource/time allocations and other key metrics/statistics and trends across all of the divisions of Eagle Investments Systems Worldwide, including Professional Services, Product Development, Quality Assurance, Product Delivery, Sales Marketing and Client Services/Support.Major areas of accountability include: Monthly data capture and analysis for the purpose of helping to define the direction and efficiencies of the organization thru the gathering of key metrics such as billing and work utilization, bill rates, FTEs and non-billable time allocation, analysis and reporting of revenues, expenses, profitability and margin on both an overall project specific basis. Individual will also be expected to develop new metrics and various leading and lagging indicators to enhance measurement and tracking of business. Create centralized and flexible systems to facilitate the accurate and timely reporting of actionable information for the purpose of management decision making. Review and approve statements of work for accuracy, appropriateness of content/rate for all services agreements entered into by Eagle. Perform detailed review and analysis of key project financials with the objective of establishing implementation and development procedures to streamline and standardize key processes. Support Operations/Finance within the processes of revenue recognition estimates to complete, forecasting, budgeting, out of scope qualification as well as reporting in accordance with GAAP. Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling using operating results and business plans for the purpose of determining long-term profitability and for capacity planning. Create workflow processes for the purpose of establishing efficiencies within Operations monthly life cycle and other areas of global organization. Compile information as needed for management reporting in support of Operations/Finance requirements.Individual will drive the monthly management reporting processes, including monthly data collection and analysis of project statuses and revenue as listed above.Position requires managing and maintaining multiple priorities, systems, databases and projects as well as synthesizing and collating large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data into actionable information.

Qualifications

Individual must have exceptional communication, listening and organizational skills. Ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, proactive, flexible and deadline/deliverable driven. Individual would demonstrate leadership ability and manage people. Individual must have excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation skills and will need to be able to balance the position s joint requirements of working independently as well as collaborate with others. Accounting background, Bachelors Degree and relevant experience required. General understanding of the software development and professional services industries is desirable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software with a particular emphasis on Microsoft excel required. Microsoft Access skills also required. 5-7 years experience.
