The Opportunity

Responsibilities include:
Successful management and execution of large and complex company-wide payroll (i.e., labor distribution, pay adjustments, banking, expatriates, royalties, and international payroll requirements).
Exceptional service delivery leadership, change catalyst, process improvements, metric and results driven.
Exceptional situational people leadership competencies and cross functional/company collaborator.
Determining and executing Corporate payroll strategy including implementing world-class processes and procedures, expertise, and payment according to various pay models and contract requirements; resolving strategic payroll issues and problems; supervising Payroll staff (up to 6 staff); resolving ERP system issues; overseeing domestic and international payroll, payroll taxes, and labor distribution for a government contractor; managing various reporting requirements; and partnering with auditors, as required.
Education requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or a related field. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Certification a plus.
At least 10 years of multi-state domestic and international payroll experience, including 5 years of supervisory experience.
Experience with large ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Technical and functional experience with ADP Enterprise.
