PeopleSoft functional/development experience. Proven experience with business requirements analysis and business process modeling/mapping. Knowledgeable in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flowcharts. Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives. Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail. Strong customer service orientation. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong analytical skills. Demonstrated project management and presentation skills. This position needs to have a working knowledge in one of the following modules. 1. Manufacturing, Costing, GL, Supply Demand planning, and related modules as they relate to PeopleSoft ERP. 2. Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, Serialization and Warehouse. 3. Order Management.
